It was all clear and concise instructions. You could leave the site at anytime and all your work is saved so you can go back to where you left off. The only negative I feel is that it doesn’t tell you until the end that you have to pay more money which was abit of a shock so maybe you could just make your applicants aware that it isn’t just £399. Thankyou though still as it only took 3 weeks to get the probate done and to become the administrator of my mums estate.

The online and telephone support was excellent we are still going through it as takes up to 16 weeks for it to be completed We were very impressed and so would our dad be if he thought it was saving us money

At such a difficult and upsetting time, the process was straightforward and clear. The help and responses I received when I raised a couple of queries was excellent. Prompt, patient and supportive.

I was quite daunted by the procedure of probate as I’d never been in this position before, but you made the whole process almost easy. I am a qualified accountant (although not a tax specialist, so no IHT experience), but even had that not been the case I’m sure I would have found the software easy and intuitive to follow. Helpline queries were answered very quickly and helpfully (within 24 hours). Absolutely didn’t need a solicitor. All 13 IHT forms were generated for me which I’d never have been able to do without help. I decided to apply for the probate certificate online to save time and just took the printout from the software and replicated it on the probate portal – again very easy.

I found it very helpful but of special note is the fact you can call their helpline for assistance which I did on a few occasions. They were always very patient and solved my issues.

The dedication and professionalism of Tom and the team was TRULY outstanding. If I as a 70 something and barely computer literate can do it with their help, then anyone can. Outstanding, brilliant service and amazing value.

Very easy to use and as they say you can contact any number of occasions as I did twice for advice. When you think I was quoted three times as much, therefore I would say they were value for money. If only the probate service was as quick.

Easier to complete than I initially thought.

We followed all the instructions on how to fill in the appropriate spaces. As it was done at the weekend there was no one to speak to but on Monday when I got in a bit of a muddle Tom talked me through what I had to do. It all worked out fine in the end & I would recommend them to anyone who wanted to tackle Probate themselves.

Excellent and easy way to do probate yourself for a fraction of the cost.

This was money well spent made life so much easier and prevented any time being wasted by not sending all relevant documents and having to re submit.
