Who Can Apply for Probate?

Simple, well laid out, easy to complete. Sent off 4 weeks later received notice its been accepted and probate granted, saved thousands on using a solicitor.

This was my 1st time having to apply for probate and it looked pretty daunting. I found YCDP platform online and it made the task easy to follow. Saved me a lot of money not using solicitors. The YouCanDoProbate system is very cost effective, comprehensive and relatively easy to use. Most of the steps through filling in the inheritance tax forms and the probate application are straightforward. Any queries can be raised and are quickly and professionally dealt with. So glad I chose this route as opposed to using a solicitor.

It was really useful to start the forms and go back to them over a period of days without having to start again. Once completed and printed off, we sent off and our Grant of Probate was received 4 weeks later. I had to contact staff at the Help Centre on a couple of occasions and they were more than helpful. Definitely would recommend using this service if the application is not complicated.

Really nice to use software that wrapped over the top of the Gov UK forms. Found it much simpler to use and collected all the required information. Would recommend to others, especially if doing for the first time.
