The process from start to finish was so easy and the site actually walks you through everything you need to do, it only brings up the forms that are relevant to your probate claim and even self populates them for you, all this and at a fraction of the cost of employing the services of a solicitor. The staff team were supportive and return calls were reasonably prompt, its important to account for other customers feeling swamped by the experience too. The online forms were clear and the finance running totals displayed at the top of the form so calculations are as exact to the info you put in to the form. I liked the fact that I felt more confident in completing probate, that I did not feel silly when asking questions. The team are respectful and account for the emotional situation you fnd yourself in.

This was money well spent made life so much easier and prevented any time being wasted by not sending all relevant documents and having to re submit.

I signed up with trepidation having never had to do this before!! However I managed all the form filling with ease and much to my surprise did not have to telephone for help once. I am 70 years of age and would not describe myself as a computer expert in anyway and am a bit of a dinosaur! I would not hesitate to use this service again and will certainly recommend it if asked. For the record I received official notification and paperwork from HMC and Justices that probate had been granted within 21 days of posting the forms. Perhaps I was lucky but this service was idiot proof and saved me the cost of a solicitor.

This is a fabulous piece of software and wonderful support. I have never had to go through the process before and the software made it simple and manageable.
