Eligibility
2. After the 14 day period has expired, no refunds can be processed.
3. The 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee is exclusively available to users who register on the platform (excluding Legacy platform accounts) on or after March 1, 2025.
4. Refunds are only available if your account has not progressed beyond the Testamentary Expenses stage in the Probate dashboard. Accounts that have moved past this stage are strictly ineligible for refunds.
5. Refunds are only available if your account has not calculated the Estate Summary or generated any Probate or Inheritance Tax forms. Accounts that have generated any forms are strictly ineligible for refunds.
6. If you are granted and receive a refund, you will immediately relinquish all ownership of your license and lose access to the platform.
7. All refunds will be subject to a 5% refund administration fee, deducted from your original purchase price.

YouCanDoProbate will automatically notify you, and stop you from continuing at the point any limits or thresholds are exceeded where you can’t apply. If this happens, please contact us and we will happily provide you with a full refund.
The conditions of this refund guarantee are outlined below;
At the date of death, the person who has died must have lived in England or Wales and the total value of overseas assets is less than £100,000 (or no overseas assets for deaths pre January 1st 2022).
- No Probate or Tax Forms can be generated within the application. After generating for the first time, even if deleted, no refunds can be processed.
- Refunds may only be issued within the first 60 days of creating your account. After 60 days no refunds can be processed.
- By requesting and receiving a refund, you relinquish all ownership of your license and will lose access to the product immediately.
- We will process your refund as soon as we’re able to.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund request if deemed necessary.

I’m never one for leaving reviews, but this service genuinely deserves the 5* review I’m giving it. I completed the probate application with my Mum shortly after my Dad’s passing. My Mum had been quoted thousands of £s to do this on her behalf, which I felt was unreasonable. After a quick Google I found this website and suggested it to my Mum. Title : I cannot recommend YouCanDoProbate more for a dedicated and high quality service ! When I first registered with YouCanDoProbate I was dubious: as it was an on-line format and I am incredibly poor with anything electronic, but I need not have worried.
