Easy step by step process
I was so happy I found YouCanDoProbate. I did not even know where to start with this process but as soon as you register with them on line (and pay the fee) it guides you through step by step. You then just print off the the forms and send them off. It made a complicated system really simple for us.

I cannot say enough by way of thanks to this company. I was helped numerous times either by email or by booking a 'call back' and nothing seemed too much trouble. I could not have completed this application for probate without their assistance that's for sure. What they say is so true - you have to supply a Solicitor with the information they need to complete the application so why not use YouCanDoProbate for a fraction of the Solicitor's cost and do it yourself! Helpful staff and good online service
It was really useful to start the forms and go back to them over a period of days without having to start again. Once completed and printed off, we sent off and our Grant of Probate was received 4 weeks later. I had to contact staff at the Help Centre on a couple of occasions and they were more than helpful. Definitely would recommend using this service if the application is not complicated.

YouCanDoProbate is a brilliant piece of software
This is a brilliant piece of software. Very easy to use and intuative and, makes the daunting task of applying for a Grant of Probate easy for anyone who can use a computer. It makes using a solicitor for this task completely redundant. Also, the on line help is excellent as you can actually speak to a human.

I am so glad I found this online company. I was a bit sceptical at first but as the cost of using a solicitor was fairly considerable I decided to opt for this. I am glad I did. Doing probate is pretty complicated and I found YCDProbate simplified the procedure. Moreover, if you follow the process right through (take your time!) you can be very confident you have not missed anything of importance. Now here's the best part: if you have questions, they really will be answered within 24-48 hours, and answered well. Go for it.

An Excellant service
An Excellant service. I made good use of the advice given in the app which made the process simple and unbelievably it was granted by the HMCTS just four working days after it was delivered to them. Admittedly it was a relatively simple estate but definitely worth considering using this app rather than very expensive solicitors.

YCDP is excellent. As an 80 year old with very basic and fairly rubbish IT skills I was a bit apprehensive but found the process straight forward and easy to understand. It was very helpful to be given a list of the information I would need before starting. Having been quoted a price of over £1000 from a solicitor to complete the probate application the cost of using YouCanDoProbate was such a saving. I would recommend them to anyone
